ACP-DMT AP Binder 200 is an inter-mixture of approved polymer-modified bitumen binder and a special chosen aggregate. The product consists of a homogeneous mixture of synthetic rubber, chemical additive, mineral filler and special type of bitumen, which is a high-quality readily applied bonding sealant for many industrial functions.

Specifications
APJoint is an asphaltic plug bridge expansion joint as defined under UK DoT D33/94. The standard joint has the following movement capabilities:
- Horizontal Movements : ±25mm
- Vertical Movements : ±1mm
Binder
The binder used in the construction of an asphaltic plug joint must have the following characteristic:-
- Flexible in cold condition
- Stable in hot conditions
- Flow resistant
AP Binder
- Softening Point Test: 100°C – 120°C
- Flash Point Test: >230°C
Stone
The stone ranges from 14-20mm in size. It is clean, dry and pre-bagged. It has a minimum polished stone value (PSV) of 49, and a maximum flakiness index of 25.
